A)What is the name of the artwork? The Mona Lisa.
B) Who is the artist? Leonardo da Vinci.
C) Where is the artist from? Anchiano, Italy.
D) List three facts about the artist: 1, He was born in 1452. 2, He died in 1519 (aged 67) 3, Leonardo did not get any formal education.
E) What does the artwork represent? The Mona Lisa's famous smile represents the sitter in the same way that the juniper branches represent Ginevra Benci and the ermine represents Cecilia Gallerani in their portraits, in Washington and Krakow respectively.
F) Where is it currently displayed? The Mona Lisa is being displayed in the Louvre Museum.
G) When was it completed? 1503.
H) Why did you choose this piece of art? Because out of all the artwork I knew the most about the Mona Lisa.
